In my constant quest to extend and enhance my life, I have found many tools. Over the years I have realized my commitment is stronger when I incorporate my practices into a routine that is pleasurable. I have listed below some of my best tips and links to connect you to purchases. Enjoy!
YUMMY Gummies. Make wellness a treat with some high vibe candies! There is a lot of controversy around our food supply. It is filled with food that is over preserved, genetically modified and pesticide ridden all while adding extra sugars to keep you addicted. However, the sugar debate is not so cut and dried. Sugar has benefits when used wisely. With that said, if you eat your gummies as a little dessert after a meal you will not spike your blood sugar the way you would on an empty stomach. Tea Time. This tradition has stood the test of time as an earthly delight and medicinal practice. Learning about herbs can be fun and rewarding. Mocktail Hour. Taking a special moment to make yourself something delicious is a meditation on its own. Alcohol is complicated for various reasons but Mocktails are a terrific way to have that sensual feeling of relaxation and sociability.
